Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival
Arrive in Ha Noi, welcome at Noi Bai International Airport and transfer to Ha Noi downtown for hotel checking in. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City tour (B/L/D)
Depart at 08.00 am for a full-day city tour of visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting place: Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts, Uncle Ho’s fishpond; all are surrounding by quite and peaceful gardens. Continue to visit One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Museum. Leave Ho Chi Minh Complex for Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake - one of the oldest in Vietnam. Have lunch in the restaurant.
In the afternoon, half-day city tour to visit Literature Temple – Quoc Tu Giam, Ethnology Museum. Come back to visit the Old Quarter for 1-hour cyclo tour before enjoying the Water Puppet Show. Dinner and overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 3: Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)
08:30 am depart for Ha Long Bay (3-hour driving). Arrive in Ha Long at 12:00 o’clock; get on the junk. Enjoy a welcome drink on board and a lunch of savory local seafood. Check in your cabin. Start cruising through Bai Tu Long bay, to Trong (Drum) and Trinh Nu (Virgin) Caves, Float fishing village. Stop at Titov Island, trek up to island's top for observing a large area of Ha Long Bay. Time for swimming and sun bathing, then explore Luon cave by a small boat. Enjoy a great sunset dinner. Relax and overnight on board.
Day 4: Ha Long Bay – Cat Ba Island (B/L/ D)
Early risers will enjoy a morning view of bay’s landscape with tea, coffee, fresh milk and some cakes. Sit on the upper deck to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal - clear waters of Ha Long Bay. The quiet is almost eerie that you could hear the birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against to the boat, the perfect soundtrack accompanying to fresh air and gentle breeze. Start cruising to explore Sung Sot (Amazing) Cave, then stop over at Titov beach for swimming. Enjoy a buffet brunch from 10:30 - 11:30.
Check out, get on a boat and cruise to Cat Ba Island. Transfer from Beo wharf to Cat Ba for checking in. Free in the afternoon for swimming. Dinner and overnight in Cat Ba.
Day 5: Cat Ba - Hai Phong – Hanoi (B/L/-)
In the morning, visit Cat Ba National Park, the local market and free time for swimming. Lunch in restaurant. Take the Hydrofoil to Hai Phong. Pick up at Binh Wharf and transfer to Hanoi. Enjoy beautiful scenery of countryside on the way back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 6: Handicraft Villages (B/ -/-)
A half-day morning tour to visit Bat Trang pottery & porcelain village, famous for ceramic objects for several centuries.
Drive to Van Phuc silk weaving village in Ha Dong Town - where has been famous since 11th century for silk weaving. Back to Hanoi. Free time at your leisure. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 7: Departure
Breakfast. Free until transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your flight departure. Tour ends.
